Totally Fish

The brief was to design and build a non alcoholic Middle Eastern venue - a fish restaurant with unique and memorable consumer experiences.

Totally Fish is a fish market themed restaurant which has fish displayed so that it is selected by customers and weighed. The weight is shouted out and all servers answer with a shout, just like the markets before it is cooked and served.

The restaurant was designed and built off site. McNally created a fish market atmosphere, complete with weighing scales, crates, fresh fish, self selection and a fresh juice bar.
