Sheraton at Jumeirah Beach Residence

Jumeirah Beach Residence is considered the largest single-phase residential and commercial project in the world at a cost of AED 6 billion (US$ 1.6 billion). One of the four hotel towers at Jumeirah is The new Sheraton.
It is located on the north shore of the Dubai Marina close to the Palm Jumeirah. Jumeirah Beach Residences will cater to a community of over 25,000 residents with its 22 million square foot gross floor area, which is being developed across a length of 1.7 kilometers (1 mile).
McNally Design International is appointed to deliver Architectural, Interior Architecture, MEP design and supervision for the 24 storey Sheraton hotel tower.
