McNally Design International Office – Dubai, UAE

Our new Middle East headquarters offices, opened by Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern, is situated in Dubai airport free zone and is one of a kind.

Designed by Head of design Simon McNally is an open plan, contemporary space that allows designers to cross reference, brainstorm as they work and hold impromptu meetings and cross fertilize ideas on all projects.

The large board room is flooded with natural light and features a bespoke table made from recycled plastic. The all glass separation between studio and boardroom allows natural wall to wall light. Maximum storage is provided with a clean modern look.
The company corporate colour is RED and this is highlighted by using red chairs.

McNally Design international believe in five fundamental principles for productive office and commercial building designs and interiors:

Focus on health and well being
Indoor environments strongly affect human health. An effective workplace should be designed to support and enhance the health and well-being of its occupants. Sustainable design helps achieve this objective.

Provision of comfortable environments
Worker effectiveness levels are directly related to a workplace designed and operated to provide the highest achievable levels of visual, acoustic and thermal comforts together with a stress reducing working ethos.

Providing flexible spaces
The cornerstone of change and innovation lies in providing spaces with flexibility, social support and technology to promote new ways of working.

Integrating technology
Effectively integrating technological tools and distribution networks required in today’s office environments to enable workers to perform their duties starts first and foremost with properly designed pathways and spaces.

Reliable systems and spaces
Reliability directly affects workers safety, health, and comfort. Workers must be able to rely on building systems, equipment, and tools that function consistently and are properly maintained.
