He was one of the first in Ireland to provide a full turnkey service to a very impressive and demanding international client portfolio. Mel is also founder of the Irish Pub Company and fadó USA.

Noel Derby, MIAPI MMII - International Business Development

Twenty seven year career in Asia Pacific and Europe providing integrated communications strategies and brand building ideas for Nestlé, Coca-Cola, R J Reynolds, L'Oreal, Gillette, Esso, General Motors, Malaysian Tourism, Guinness, Mandarin Hotel Group, Shangri-La, Bank of Ireland, Nestlé and Myer Coles Australia. Previously he was Chairman of McCann Erickson Ireland. Noel is a brand strategist, author, copywriter, TV and radio producer and experienced publisher as Editor-in-Chief of Ireland's Superbrands. He has fifteen years experience in retail brand development, advertising and promotion and international franchise development.

Finbarr Power, Dip Arch. - Tech. CEO McBuild

Finbarr graduated in 1992 having received his national Certificate in Construction studies in 1988. He is a technically experienced Project Manager who has spent many years in Planning Applications, Fire Certification and Construction drawings and has managed major projects from tender stage to on site completion. He spent several years as Store Design Engineer for the Musgrave Group with responsibility for Layout Design, Budgeting, Tendering, Programming and Fit out to Project completion.

Brian McMullan - Sales and Operational Business Developer

Brian McMullan has 38 years experience in the hotel, resort, gaming, restaurant and entertainment industry. At age 21 he entered the gaming industry in London as a dealer. In 1986 he joined Sun International as Director of Gaming Operations. In 1992, McMullan came to the United States to establish Seven Circle Resorts which was primarily focused on the gaming resort industry. As President of the company, McMullan led the team which designed, built and operated three resort casinos - Prairie Knights, Speaking Rock El Paso, Texas and the $300 million Resort at Summerlin. Brian is President of the USA arm of The Irish Pub Company.

Darren Fagan Contracts Manager and Business Developer

Darren is Senior Project & Technical Manager in the Atlanta office since 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as Senior Project Manager at Irish headquarters, acting as the company's senior international project coordinator and manager. Darren sets standards and guidelines for USA project teams and coordinates contractors and suppliers and provides proprietary logistics management oversight on all projects. He liaises with and co-ordinates the work of architects, engineers, fire test labs, onsite project teams and local authority and Health and Safety agencies, adherence to all Building Codes, Fire Codes, and Disability requirements as well as Environmental and Zoning laws in the USA.

Simon provides creative solutions for international projects at all levels of Interior Architecture and concept development. Over 8 years experience in design and project supervision in commercial, residential, leisure and retail sectors in Europe, USA, Australia and the Middle East. He is currently based in Dubai.

Hugh O'Reilly - Business Development Manager

In 2001 McNally established an Australian Office in Sydney and won significant business there with Burswood Casino Hotel and Resort, Perth and the O'Brien's and Gallagher Groups. Plans are now in place to expand its Australian base with the appointment of Business Development Manager Hugh O'Reilly and alliances in the Australia Pacific region.
