James’ career in food & beverage operations spans nearly 20 years and includes both small independent operators and plc brands. Originally from Manchester, he moved to London and then onto continental Europe, Asia & Australia. Amongst other achievements, James helped roll out the Planet Hollywood and Official All Star Cafe brands for Robert Earl, managed at Oliver Peyton’s infamous Atlantic Bar & Grill in London’s Piccadilly Circus and opened the restaurant at Somerset House.

Darren Fagan - Contracts Manager and Business Developer
Darren is Senior Project & Technical Manager in the Atlanta office since 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as Senior Project Manager at Irish headquarters, acting as the company's senior international project coordinator and manager. Darren sets standards and guidelines for USA project teams and coordinates contractors and suppliers and provides proprietary logistics management oversight on all projects. He liaises with and co-ordinates the work of architects, engineers, fire test labs, onsite project teams and local authority and Health and Safety agencies, adherence to all Building Codes, Fire Codes, and Disability requirements as well as Environmental and Zoning laws in the USA.
Brian McMullan - Sales and Operational Business Developer
Brian McMullan has 38 years experience in the hotel, resort, gaming, restaurant and entertainment industry. At age 21 he entered the gaming industry in London as a dealer. In 1986 he joined Sun International as Director of Gaming Operations.
In 1992, McMullan came to the United States to establish Seven Circle Resorts which was primarily focused on the gaming resort industry. As President of the company, McMullan led the team which designed, built and operated three resort casinos - Prairie Knights, Speaking Rock El Paso, Texas and the $300 million Resort at Summerlin. Brian is President of the USA arm of The Irish Pub Company.
