Food & Beverage - Food Courts & Villages
McNally Design International has extensive experience in food court projects internationally - in Australia (The 450 seat Emporium at The Burswood Entertainment Complex Perth), The Irish Village Dubai and The English Food Market at Cork International Airport. Classic food courts are typically a type of indoor or outdoor plaza featuring multiple food vendors and often providing a common area for self-serve dining and sometimes featuring exhibition kitchens. Food courts or ‘food theatres’ feature in retail malls, casinos, airports and in stand alone or mixed developments. Great Food Courts comprise a journey of discovery – experiences created to surpass people's expectations.
The Irish Village in Dubai is rated by Newsweek as one of world’s top ten tourist attractions. Certainly it is one of the most visited tourist attractions and meeting places in the Middle East.
In a similar way, McNally Design created the Dubliner at the Meridian hotel with music bars and restaurants, resulting in another Village of food and beverage offerings. One of the best known ethnic food courts in Australia we created is located at The Burswood Casino & Resort in Perth. It is located close to Irish Pub Company’s, famous Paddy Hannan’s Irish Pub at the same venue.
