Restaurant Bistro Carraigaline

The Carrigaline Hotel Cork has expanded over the years, mirroring the growth of Carrigaline itself. The first project McNally Design Group completed for client Barry Collins was when the group was in Irish pubs worldwide and wanted a local pub with a signature atmosphere catering for hotel residents and local trade alike.
This classic Victorian pub telling the story of the pottery in Carrigaline and with an excellent food offer from a carvery base; was an immediate success. The quality of the spaces from the pottery story to the local snugs based on fishing themes, proved to be a significant tourist attraction.
