Beaufield Mews

The commercial focus of the restaurant business is to cater for functions and larger parties, but also to attract many more casual and regular diners.
A greater emphasis on wine expertise and choice was incorporated into the décor. The`Mews' had to remain a friendly, warm and personal place, and therefore a rich welcoming interior was a pre-requisite. Antiques had to form an important part of the design and a few valued pieces of stained glass were incorporated into the final fit out. The result is a dramatic translation of the client’s brief both in design terms and commercial goals.
